Spain
Spain - The Europe You've Always Imagined
10 DAYS / 9 NIGHTS
This is not a fast tour through Europe. It’s the version you’ve quietly imagined for years — warm evenings, late dinners, music in hidden plazas, history you can actually feel, and the freedom of finally experiencing it without having to organize it alone.
Walk through Seville at sunset, stand inside the Alhambra courtyards, sip wine in a centuries-old bodega, learn a few flamenco steps and laugh while you try.
You’ll travel with a small circle of like-hearted women, a trusted local Sevillian guide, and full support from our team — so you can relax into the experience instead of managing the logistics.
This is Europe as it was meant to be lived: slowly, beautifully, and in good company.
Travel solo.
Feel supported.
Come home changed.

SOUTHERN SPAIN
OCTOBER 16-25, 2026

Guided by Local Women
This journey is led by a Sevillian local guide and accompanied by a dedicated tour leader throughout the trip.
That changes everything.
You won’t just see Spain — you’ll understand it.
You’ll learn why dinner starts late, how families gather in plazas at night, and the stories behind the traditions you’d otherwise just photograph.
And most importantly:
You’ll always feel safe, oriented, and cared for — whether you’re walking back after a late flamenco evening or exploring a historic neighborhood.
Traveling far from home doesn’t have to feel uncertain.
Here, it feels reassuring.

Beyond the Typical
This isn’t a checklist itinerary.
You won’t be waking up at 6am to rush onto buses and photograph ten cities in ten days.
Instead, the days unfold naturally.
A morning inside the Alhambra.
An unhurried afternoon in the Albaicín.
A long lunch in a local market after cooking together.
Wine in a historic bodega.
One day you’re welcomed onto a tropical fruit plantation, sharing a relaxed barbecue with the owner under the trees.
Another evening you sit inside a small flamenco taberna, eating tapas while locals sing — and you suddenly realize you’re the only foreigners in the room.
A private olive oil tasting at a family estate.
You won’t feel moved along.
You’ll feel immersed.

Your beauty sleep

Las Casas de la Judería 4*
Sevilla, Spain
Staying here doesn’t feel like a typical hotel stay. Hidden behind its doors is a collection of 27 historic Sevillian homes connected by flower-filled courtyards, tiled passageways, and quiet fountains.
You don’t just sleep in Seville — you live inside it. Very few travelers ever experience the city this way, returning each evening not to a modern building but to a place with real history and soul, where wandering back to your room feels like walking through the past.

Villa Oniria 4*
Granada, Spain
Set inside a restored 19th-century mansion inspired by traditional Andalusian palaces, its calm interiors, soft light, and elegant details invite you to slow down immediately.
A small garden with fountains and aromatic plants leads into a peaceful courtyard and spa — the kind of place where you linger over coffee in the afternoon or return after dinner just to sit and listen to the water. Here, Granada doesn’t feel busy or touristic… it feels intimate.

I just returned from my trip to Iceland with The Women Travel Co., and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Visiting Iceland has been on my bucket list for years, and this trip fulfilled everything I hoped for—and more.
From the moment we arrived, Aina made sure everything was taken care of, so I didn’t have to stress about the small details of getting from place to place. That level of organization allowed me to fully immerse myself in the experience, take in the breathtaking landscapes, and truly enjoy the journey.
Beyond the incredible sights, this trip gave me something unexpected—a shift in perspective. It helped me step back, reset, and see life differently. I’m so grateful I took this adventure, and I highly recommend The Women Travel Co. to anyone looking for a well-planned, stress-free, and truly transformative travel experience.
Jennifer Murphy.

Truly the best trip I’ve ever taken. Booking with The Women Travel Co. was by far the easiest travel experience I’ve ever had.
Not a single detail was missed — I felt safe and cared for, like how I imagine celebs feel when they travel!
Every moment was designed with intention. Aina was a fantastic host and always there if we needed anything.
Aina is exceptional at what she does. I couldn’t plan a trip like that even with an unlimited budget. She has a true gift for designing phenomenal experiences, and I feel so lucky I got to join the Iceland trip. I will join not only India in 2025, but also Iceland in summer, Spain, Tanzania and more in 2026.
It’s not just about the destination, it’s the whole experience. Meaningful, intentional travel that lets you live a culture from the inside. I now look no further than where The Women Travel Co. is heading next.”

One of the most valuable things I learned was that I can be happy once more. I would absolutely contemplate traveling with them again.
It was an incredible experience, where I felt a renewed sense of freedom, relaxation, and optimism for the future.

I loved all of it!
Relaxed structure, there was enough to do and I always felt included but never pressured.
Besides the normal vaca refresh, I took a lot of beautiful experiences and I appreciate that we spent time checking in
Michelle De Traglia
I had many great learning experiences and the organizers did a fantastic job of bringing everything together to create special memories that will last a lifetime.
Thank you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to get a visa for Spain?
If you’re a U.S. passport holder, you can currently travel to Spain (and the Schengen Area) for up to 90 days for tourism without applying for a visa in advance. We always recommend double-checking the most up-to-date entry requirements for your specific passport before you fly, but for most travelers, it’s straightforward.
What's included in the trip?
Almost everything is included in the price of this trip, so you won’t need to spend much extra money. However, we’ve left some flexibility in the meal plans to give you the freedom to choose. While some lunches and most dinners will be your responsibility, you'll have plenty of options to explore local cuisine. Alcoholic beverages, gratuities , and personal expenses like souvenirs are not included. Please check the "Inclusions" section for a detailed day-by-day breakdown.
Can you adapt to vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, or lactose-free diets?
Absolutely. Vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, and most common dietary needs can be accommodated. We will ask for your preferences before the trip so everything is arranged in advance.
How fit do I need to be for this trip?
No special fitness level is required. However, this is an immersive cultural journey, which means we explore cities on foot. You should feel comfortable walking about 2–3 hours spread throughout the day at an easy pace, with plenty of stops for coffee, sightseeing, and rest. If you can comfortably stroll through a town, climb normal steps, and walk at a relaxed pace, you will be perfectly fine.
Can I have a room to myself?
All prices shown are per person in a twin shared room with another female traveler. If you prefer more privacy and a private room, you should choose the "private room" option.
I want to bring my partner on the trip. Can I?
This is actually a small group trip specifically designed for women traveling on their own. However, if you'd like to bring a female friend, partner, or family member, they are absolutely welcome! Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate male travelers on our trips.
I want to bring my daughter. Can I?
If your daughter is above the age of 18, we would be thrilled to have her join us.
How Does This Trip Benefit the Locals?
We don't work with intermediaries. Instead, we directly hire guides, book hotels, and arrange activities. This means 100% of your investment goes straight to the people who make this trip possible and ensure its success.
What should I pack for this adventure?
Think comfortable and relaxed rather than formal. You’ll want: • comfortable walking shoes or sneakers (very important) • light layers for daytime • a light sweater or thin down jacket for evenings • a scarf or shawl (very useful in Spain) You won’t need dressy outfits — Spaniards dress nicely but casually, and comfort matters much more than elegance on this trip.
What happens if I get sick?
We require all travelers to carry travel and medical insurance. If anything happens, we help you communicate with doctors, pharmacies, and insurance providers. You won’t be left alone to figure it out in a foreign country — we assist you through the process.
What travel and medical insurance should I get?
When travelling to Iceland, ensuring you have comprehensive travel and medical insurance is absolutely essential. Double-check that your policy has your back for any unexpected twists and turns during your Icelandic adventure! We recommend that you book your insurance at the same time as you pay in full and after the trip is confirmed by reaching the minimum number of participants.
What Airport do I fly into?
You will fly into Keflavík International Airport (KEF), the main international airport in Iceland. One of the best parts about this adventure is how incredibly easy it is to get to Iceland. Whether you come from US or EU. For example, the flight duration from the United States to Iceland varies depending on your departure city. Typically, a direct flight from New York City to Keflavík International Airport (KEF) takes approximately 5 to 6 hours. From the West Coast, flights generally take between 8 to 9 hours.
Is Spain safe?
Yes. Southern Spain is considered one of the safest regions in Europe for travelers. We also stay in central walkable areas, move together when appropriate, and you’ll always have support from your guide and tour leader. Most women quickly feel more relaxed than they expected traveling abroad.
What will the weather be like?
October is one of the loveliest times of year in Andalusia. Expect warm sunny days (around 70–77°F / 21–25°C) and cooler evenings (around 50°F / 10°C). It’s comfortable sightseeing weather — not the intense summer heat Spain is famous for.
